| Although Hartford is the closest venue to my home, I've never been here. I hear it's pretty nice, though I'm a little nervous since there was a near riot there last summer at a DMB concert. Add the fact that it's over July 4th weekend and there's potential for trouble. I'm sure the vast majority of phans will behave; it's the fans I worry about. Look for me stumbling around the place, or sitting here. You can also check out the tourcam and listen in on the tourphone. | |||

I forgot the data cable for my digital camera, so I can't send any still photos until I get back home. But the tourcam should work in Hartford. Coverage is a little spotty in places, though I think you'll be able to see without difficulty. 9:47am July 1 Yet again another huge show for Phish. It started late, very late in fact (around 8:35) so the crowd was really excited to see them finally take the stage. This is my setlist:Set 1: Ha Ha Ha, Tweezer (with much funk), Runaway Jim, Sneaking Sally (again with much funk), Ginseng, Guyute, Golgi, Tweezer Reprise, Possum. In all, 1hr 25min of playing. Set 2: Haley's Comet, Mango Song, Twist Around, Inlaw Jose Wales, Get Back on the Train, Makisupa, Farmhouse, Sleeping Monkey, David Bowie. Encore: Cavern. Another 1hr, 25min. It was simply outstanding. I was so excited to be there- to witness this incredible show. For tonight's show (the second one), I have a terrible dilemma. My ticket ripped. The little tab that the ticket takers take is already detached. I have both halfs and they're in good shape, but I hope that they'll still let me in. The shows are so good I'd be crushed to miss one. | |||
